At Joe Store, we take pride in crafting every piece specifically for you. Since our products (Frames, Stickers & Boxes) are custom-made or printed upon request, we adhere to the following policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged due to shipping or if there is a clear technical error in the design or manufacturing.

     

  • Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, all sales are final. However, we will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged.

     

     

     

2. Timeframe

  • Any issues with your order must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

3. How We Resolve Issues

  • If your order is damaged, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Our team will review the issue and work with you to find the best solution, whether it's a free replacement or a refund. We are committed to making it right!

4. Refunds

  • Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed and returned to you via your original payment method or an agreed-upon transfer once we confirm the case or receive the damaged item (if required).
