At Joe Store, we take pride in crafting every piece specifically for you. Since our products (Frames, Stickers & Boxes) are custom-made or printed upon request, we adhere to the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged due to shipping or if there is a clear technical error in the design or manufacturing.

Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, all sales are final. However, we will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged.

Any issues with your order must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
3. How We Resolve Issues

If your order is damaged, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Our team will review the issue and work with you to find the best solution, whether it's a free replacement or a refund. We are committed to making it right!
4. Refunds

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed and returned to you via your original payment method or an agreed-upon transfer once we confirm the case or receive the damaged item (if required).
